Successful round of funding for ArmaUrto

Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Investment Fund investment in ArmaUrto Limited

FSE Fund Managers Limited is pleased to be investing in ArmaUrto: Grey4Gold hold a 10% stake in this fantastic hi-tech company.

Following a Cycling accident where the product innovator Chris Battin sustained various breaks and abrasions, Chris tried to purchase some Cycling apparel that offered protection should a fall happen again. Trying to purchase what would appear to be an obvious Cycling product, to his surprise no such product(s) existed globally. Apart from Chris’s garments this remains the same today.

ArmaUrto has now launched a range of Cycling Jackets, Bib-shorts, Base layers and gloves, aimed at the Cycling enthusiast and Urban/Commuter Cyclist to address the growing number of Cycling accidents in the UK.  The garment contain a super lightweight material that goes rock hard on impact preventing bone breaks and abrasions. The material quickly recovers it ‘softness’ after a few minutes. A great British invention.

There has been exponential growth in Cycling in the UK over the last few years, but a rise in Cycling accidents also.

ROSPA document that in excess of 31,000 accidents were reported in the UK in 2019 from slightly injured to seriously injured to reported deaths. The same source report London had experienced 23,000 reported accidents in the last 3 years. There are now 6,000,000 cyclists on the UK roads.

The garments can now be bought online at:
